The top executives at Southwest Airlines have sold about 421,000 shares of Southwest stock since Thursday, May 16, realizing gross proceeds of about $6 million.
Executive vice president Mike Van de Ven had sold the largest amount of stock, 109,600 shares, for $1,562,368. Chairman, president and CEO Gary Kelly sold $1.14 million in stock.
